LEGAL NOTICE :

The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale [hereinafter the “CVG”] is to define the rights and obligations of LA SAS ANERA and its Customers and in particular to describe the process of online booking of our hotel services offered on the site of our hotel.

By reserving the services offered on the Site, the Customer expressly accepts the GTCS and the conditions of sale of the reserved rate, namely the specific conditions specific to each reservation that he has made relating to payment, which are modifiable and cancellable / refundable and non-cancellable / non-refundable of his reservation.

ARTICLE 1 – ACCESS TO ONLINE RESERVATION SERVICES
Access to online booking services is exclusively reserved for the Customer:
• Major natural person
• Having full legal capacity allowing it to engage under the GTC
• And contracting for its strictly personal needs (apart from any commercial, industrial, craft, liberal or agricultural activity)

ARTICLE 2 – STEPS OF ONLINE RESERVATION
To start the booking process, the Customer must first fill out an online form by entering their arrival and departure dates (which will determine the number of nights) and the number of people concerned.

The descriptive sheets of the room (s) available will then be displayed according to the criteria defined above and which will specify:
• The essential characteristics of the accommodation offered (size of the room, equipment provided, bedding, etc.),
• The additional services offered (breakfast included or not, etc.)
• The prices
• Payment terms
• The modifiable / cancellable or non-modifiable / non-refundable nature of the offer.

The Customer then selects the services offered that he wishes to choose to finalize his reservation. After verifying the details of his reservation (price, conditions of the reserved rate), he enters his contact details and accepts the GTC before definitively validating his reservation. He then provides his bank details necessary to make the reservation final:
• In the case of a FLEXIBLE RATE: the bank card number is necessary but the card will not be debited (no payment in guarantee).
• In the case of a NON CANCELLABLE / NON REFUNDABLE RATE: as soon as the reservation is made, 100% of the reservation is invoiced and non-refundable.
• Any extras (drinks, telephone, etc.) that are not explicitly included in the rates will be payable directly on site.

The Site acknowledges receipt of the Customer’s online reservation by sending it without delay: • Either an email summarizing the characteristics of the services reserved by the Customer via the Site on the email address he provided in the online registration form,

ARTICLE 3 – MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION
The conditions of sale of the reserved rate specify the modalities of modification and / or modification of the Reservation. When the conditions of sale of the reserved rate allow it (cancelable / refundable offer): The Customer can cancel his reservation by clicking on the link at the end of his confirmation email and by following the instructions displayed on his screen. If his reservation includes reservation costs, these are not refundable. If the reservation is canceled after the deadline or in case of no show at the hotel, the first night without the extras is invoiced and non-refundable. If the Customer has paid all or part of the reservation online, this amount will be returned to him after deduction of the cancellation costs

ARTICLE 4 – PRICE
The prices displayed on our Sites are expressed in euros or in the local currency if applicable (only the local currency of the country of the Hotel is guaranteed). The prices indicated are:
• Per Room and per night
• For the number of person (s) and the date (s) selected unless otherwise stated (offers or special packages)
• Excluding tourist tax and local taxes
A reservation made on the Site guarantees the Customer to benefit from the lowest rate available on the internet (on the same dates, and exact same conditions).

ARTICLE 5 – SECURE TRANSACTION
Payments must be made with one of the cards below, through our secure internet pages:
o Visa
o Eurocard / Mastercard
o American Express
Our sites use some of the most advanced current technologies in internet security. All booking steps are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, a benchmark technology in this area. Customer information is encrypted and protected through server authentication and encryption of data streams. The security certificate used is issued by Fastbooking and used by the AVAILPRO reservation system. The Customer can check the validity of the certificate here. In addition, the reservation system is hosted in a secure server environment equipped with biometric security, firewalls and other advanced technologies to avoid interference and prevent any intrusion.

ARTICLE 6 – COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
SAS ANERA and its Hotel are committed to providing quality service to all their visitors and Customers and do everything in their power to protect their privacy.

ARTICLE 7 – COOKIES
The site can automatically collect standard information, called “cookies”, such as the date and time of your visit to the site. All information collected indirectly will only be used to track the volume, type and configuration of traffic using this site. Users have the freedom to oppose the recording of “cookies” by using in particular the corresponding functionalities on their browsers; if necessary, access to certain site services may be altered or even impossible.

ARTICLE 8 – CLAIMS
SAS ANERA makes every effort to satisfy its Customers. If despite these efforts, the Customer should experience an inconvenience during his booking experience or his stay at the Hotel, he is invited to report it without delay in order to limit the possible consequences and to facilitate its treatment. Any request for information or complaint must be addressed to the Hotel directly.
After entering the hotel reservation service, and failing a satisfactory response within 60 days, the customer can contact the Mediator of Toursime and Travel, whose contact details and referral methods are available on the website: www .mtv.travel.

ARTICLE 9 – DISMISSAL
In the event that, for a reason beyond its control, the Hotel would not be able to ensure the reservation made, it will make its best efforts to relocate the Client at its expense in a Hotel of at least equivalent category located near.

ARTICLE 11 – APPLICABLE LAW
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, subject to a specific allocation of jurisdiction arising from a particular law or regulation.
